Mustafa Centre is currently stocking a wide range of Indian mango varieties as mango season peaks, giving shoppers in Singapore a rare chance to see many regional types together in one place.
From premium favourites like Alphonso to varieties such as Imam Pasand, Langda, Keser and Banganapalli, the shelves reflect the diversity of India’s mango harvest this season.
India’s mango season, now in Singapore
Indian mango exports are in peak season, with varieties moving across global markets, including Singapore, the Gulf, Europe and the US.

One of the most well-known varieties, the Alphonso mango, is often considered the benchmark for sweetness and aroma and remains a seasonal highlight whenever it arrives in Singapore.
Alongside it, other varieties like Dasheri, Chausa, Totapuri and Neelam also appear in regional markets depending on harvest cycles.
What Singapore already has year-round
Singapore already carries a steady supply of imported mangoes throughout the year, especially from Thailand, Vietnam and Australia.

Common varieties include Carabao mangoes from the Philippines, honey/ataulfo-style mangoes, and larger Australian imports like R2E2, which are known for their size and firm texture.
Price range and variety in one place
At Mustafa Centre, the appeal is less about rarity and more about range and pricing in one location.

Some of the listed prices include:
* Alphonso (India) — S$14.50/kg
* Imam Pasand (India) — S$11.90/kg
* Keser (India) — S$11.90/kg.
* Langda (India) — S$9.90/kg
