A TikToker recently shared a hilarious “if I secretly hate you” list, revealing the Singapore places she would send someone to as a playful punishment. Instead of choosing random spots, she picked familiar MRT locations that many commuters instantly recognised.
North Point City Tests Navigation Skills
First on her list was North Point City in Yishun. The TikToker joked that she could confidently walk through the entire mall without getting lost, but claimed many Singaporeans would struggle to navigate the huge shopping complex.
Ironically, she admitted that North Point City was actually one of her favourite malls. Many commenters also came to the mall’s defence, praising its food options and saying they would happily spend time there instead of getting “ditched”.
Bishan MRT’s Smell Reactions
Next up was Bishan MRT, where the TikToker jokingly pointed out the station’s unforgettable smell. She described the mix of body odour and other unpleasant scents that some commuters might encounter during their daily journeys.
The comments section quickly showed that she was not alone in her experience. Many viewers agreed that Bishan was “so real”, while others joked that they had already become used to the station’s unique smell.
Noisy MRT Lines Make Conversations Impossible
She also mentioned the brown and yellow MRT lines, joking that she would send someone there with a friend to rant, only for the loud train tracks to ruin the conversation. Commenters agreed that certain routes were painfully noisy.
