A young female Singaporean traveller has only one thing in mind: make a decision to commute from Singapore to Thailand. When he could’ve taken the plane like anyone else, she decided to ride on her motorbike. In this case, she has navigated the borders and intersection between long roads of two different countries with full courage.
Start of Her Journey
The content creator @karpetykar has one mission in mind: travelling from Singapore to Phuket. As a female solo traveller, she has documented her journey through long roads, making one stop to another, preparing some paperwork in case she needs to showcase it for cross-entry barriers.

The long stops from Malaysian to Thai regions are not easy; however, she proved that it is doable to cross borders with patience and paperwork readily prepared.
Weather Problems
During her road trip, she had to struggle with unexpected weather changes. She has a mission then: to find the nearest shelter to tackle the rain.

The rain had become unbearable to the point she had to stop at the gas station’s bathroom for a while. During the nighttime, she was spotted taking petroleum for her motorbike and then spent the night travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. Luckily, she managed to book a cheap motel room for $6 per night before her next destination.

Netizens have been nothing but supportive of her journey to take this initiative. Some expressed the determination in her spirits, praising her adventurous, wanderlust mindset and the inspiration she carries. Some viewers expressed concerns of being a “woman solo traveller” in case of potential danger that can come across, but she has proven her safety throughout the whole vlog, meaning she has had a smooth journey and made it to Phuket in one piece.
Penang To Thailand Borders

She continued her journey to the Thai border after having her lunch. Having the necessary paperwork ready before entering Thailand brings significance to her trip; a printed copy of the vehicle log card for immigration, third-party instance, the TM2 form, and a white card are needed. In order to ensure the import paperwork had been processed successfully, she had to wait nearly three hours inside Sadao Customs House.

Her fearlessness to travel alone showcases the amazing voyage of her independent living. Her motorbike journey was a significance of inspirational occurrences, hardships, and even a glimpse of her undertakings. This is another inspiring depiction of courage, independence, and resilience for young ladies to look up to.
