Viral Malaysia Car Video
Highway driving gets boring fast. But every now and then, you spot something on the road that makes you do a double-take.
Recently, a driver in Malaysia was left rubbing his eyes after spotting a white Honda City with a massive dome camera slapped right onto its back bumper. Look around any highway and you will see people using tiny, hidden dashcams to film their journeys.
Not this guy. He went big. The unusual choice instantly forced everyone nearby to stop and stare. Within minutes, drivers pulled out their phones to capture the viral Malaysia car video.
CCTV Camera On Car
If you look closely at the lower half of the vehicle, the setup looks incredibly strange. The owner somehow attached a giant white dome security camera right next to his exhaust pipe.
It is exactly the kind of heavy-duty CCTV camera you usually see staring down at you from an office ceiling or a grocery store wall. Because it is definitely not a standard automotive accessory, it looks totally out of place.
The giant plastic bubble stands out heavily against the normal traffic surrounding it.
Fixing Blind Spots
Why on earth would anyone do this? Maybe the driver was just tired of aggressive tailgaters riding his bumper in the fast lane.
Or, perhaps he wanted an extreme way to fix blind spots while backing into tight mall parking spaces. Bringing commercial property security to public roads is certainly one way to force tailgaters to behave themselves.
When a lens is that massive, nobody can hide from it. It definitely gives the driver total peace of mind.
Funny Car Modification
While local news channels shared the clip with a joke about getting full insurance coverage, this is obviously not an official government monitoring system.
It is just a harmless prank by a local car enthusiast who wanted to make people smile on social media. The strange backup camera setup is purely a quirky choice.
It just goes to show that custom car design has absolutely no limits. If you ever feel like your own vehicle lacks modern safety features, maybe all you need is a home security device and some super glue.
