An Unexpected Garage Encounter
A quick clip filmed inside a quiet parking garage caught a bold stray cat strolling straight toward a sleek sports car.
At first glance, anyone watching would brace themselves for impact, worrying the feline was about to wreck the vehicle’s glossy coat. Instead, the cat simply reached out, sank its claws into the front tire, and turned a high-end wheel into its personal scratching post.
High Costs For Car Repairs
If you know anything about luxury cars, you know repair bills are no joke. A single scratch along custom body paint can quickly set an owner back thousands of dollars for specialized repainting and touch-ups.
So when viewers saw a street cat wandering this close to such a pricey ride, panic immediately set in. On cars like these, even a tiny cosmetic mark ends up costing a small fortune to fix.
Tires Are Not Cheap Either
Granted, people breathed a sigh of relief when the cat bypassed the bodywork, but sports car tires are not exactly cheap alternatives. High-performance rubber engineered for these vehicles can easily cost upwards of a thousand dollars per tire, long before you add mounting or alignment fees.
In the clip, the feline looks completely unfazed. It marches right up, digs its sharp claws deep into the thick tire rubber, gives its back a long stretch, and casually wanders off into the dark. Sure, thick rubber holds up better against claws than thin paint does, but watching it unfold still gave car lovers a mini heart attack.

While car enthusiasts winced at every claw stroke, netizens overwhelmingly rooted for the cat. Plenty of comments joked that community cats basically own the neighborhood anyway (parking garages included), so the car was simply parked in its living room.
At the end of the day, the paint escaped unscathed, the cat enjoyed a solid back stretch, and the internet got a great video out of it.
