Crew Returns Home
The Soyuz MS-28 crew returned to Earth on Sunday, landing near the Kazakh city of Zhezkazgan after a 241-day mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
Footage shows Roscosmos and NASA personnel helping the crew members out of the capsule in their spacesuits. The video also captures Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikayev, along with NASA astronaut Christopher Williams, sitting in chairs surrounded by journalists.

“I feel good. I thought it would be worse. I expected different sensations, but everything went well and I feel great. The only thing is that I still haven’t gotten used to gravity. All the services did an excellent job. Greetings to everyone, and thank you all for your work,” Mikayev said.
An employee of Russia’s Institute of Biomedical Problems presented Williams with a custom-painted matryoshka doll bearing his portrait.
“Excellent. That’s what I flew for,” the astronaut joked in response.
Successful Space Mission
Roscosmos said the undocking from the Rassvet module, the deorbit burn and the landing all proceeded as planned.

The crew of the 74th expedition had been aboard the ISS since November 27, 2025. During their mission, they conducted more than 40 scientific experiments and performed two spacewalks to install the Sun-Terahertz radio telescope on the station’s exterior.
