The husband and his wife were happily together for 24 years before she became very ill. She suffered a major stroke and unfortunately fell into a deep coma for 55 days. The poor woman had been in the hospital for nearly two months, and sadly, she died, leaving her husband in her wake.

Keeping His Promise

The man explained that his heart broke into many pieces when he lost the love of his life. However, he refused to let death stop him from loving her. From the very first day of her passing, he made a strong promise to visit her resting place daily to say his prayers.

During his visits, the husband cuts the green grass around the grave and cleans the area carefully. He also brings a big bouquet of fresh, colorful flowers to place next to her gravestone. He is certain that his voice can be heard by his wife when he speaks to her.

Making Time for Loved Ones

The husband, who was a widower, mentioned that he had many beautiful things in mind for their future before she became ill. His quest to love her still carries on, despite those plans being suspended. He has a soft spot for her, for her happy spirit, for her loud laughter, and for their morning coffee before work.

He explained that there is a big difference between having time and making time for someone. According to him, making time means putting your loved ones first as a main priority in life. He wants to remind other people that life is very short, and we will spend more time in the ground than we do alive. He believes everyone should cherish every single moment with their family before it is gone forever.

Social media users highly praise the man’s loyalty, describing him as an exemplary husband. They deeply admire his devotion, noting that his consistent visits to his wife’s grave perfectly demonstrate true love.
