A simple meeting between a motorcyclist and a roadside mechanic in Malaysia has taken an unexpected turn. What started as a kind gesture of thanks later became a surprising moment when the money exchanged was returned.
A Biker Shares a Donation
The motorcyclist, known as Dicky, had earlier received RM5,000 in donations from the public. He decided to share part of this amount with a mechanic who had helped him when he was stranded by the roadside.

Dicky later visited the mechanic, who is known online as “Minyak hitam jalanan.” During the visit, he handed over RM3,000, as he had promised earlier. He planned to keep the remaining RM2,000 for his children’s school fees in his hometown.
Money Was Returned Unexpectedly
A video shared online showed the moment Dicky gave the money to the mechanic. The mechanic accepted the RM3,000 at first, completing the handover as planned. However, shortly after accepting it, the mechanic returned the full amount to Dicky.

He said the money should be used for the children’s education instead. The exchange happened on the spot during their meeting. The moment showed both men standing together as the money was handed back. The video later continued to circulate, adding to the story that had already gained attention earlier.
Reason Behind the Decision
The mechanic later explained his decision in the same video. He said his wife had suggested returning the money after discussing the situation at home.

He also shared that he accepted the money at first to respect Dicky’s intention and the trust of those who donated. After that, he chose to return it to avoid any misunderstanding. According to him, he does not want to keep more money than necessary. He added that having enough is sufficient for his needs, and he prefers not to hold on to extra donations.

Many users feel happy and emotional after watching the video. They are praising the man’s kindness for his donation. They also wish him success and wealth in the future.
