How The Automatic System Keeps Everyone Safe
The whole setup relies on a narrow, dedicated conveyor track built right next to the normal escalator steps.
When you push your cart toward the entrance, the wheels immediately clip into specialized grooves on the track. This instant locking mechanism stops the heavy cart from sliding backward.
Once securely locked in, the trolley travels upward at the exact same speed as you. You can just stand on the passenger steps next to your food and watch it travel safely. At the top floor, the cart automatically unlocks so you can just grab the handle and keep moving.

Clear signs around the machine make sure everyone handles the setup correctly.
A bright red sign reads Dilarang Masuk to remind eager shoppers that only trolleys are allowed on this specific track. Another sign clearly points out that it is strictly an upward conveyor lane.
There are also simple visual graphics warning people to keep their hands away from the track. You do not need to hold onto the cart while it moves. The escalator takes care of everything while you rest your arms.
