Inclusive Careers Fair, Singapore’s foremost event bringing together inclusive employers and diverse talent, returns for its 7th annual edition on 20 June 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm at WeWork, 21 Collyer Quay.

Over 30 companies are participating in Inclusive Careers Fair 2026, including: Airbnb, Allianz, Aon, Citi, Deutsche Bank, DORS at Design Orchard, Expedia Group, Hilton, HSBC, HubSpot, Marriott International, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Publicis Groupe, Singapore Fashion Council, Standard Chartered, Suntory Global Spirits, Tanamera, The Standard and WeWork, among others. This year’s participating companies are recruiting for over 1,000 Singapore-based open positions across industries, job functions and seniority levels.

Inclusive Careers Fair is a unique opportunity for jobseekers to connect directly with employers who are committed to building inclusive workplaces.

Dylan Burke, General Manager Asia-Pacific of WeWork, said, “Supporting the Inclusive Careers Fair for the fourth consecutive year is something we are incredibly proud of at WeWork. Creating spaces where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed, empowered, and able to thrive is deeply aligned with who we are as a community. We’re honoured to continue partnering on this meaningful initiative and look forward to fostering even more conversations, opportunities and connections in 2026.”

Harris Zaidi, Festival Director of Pink Fest, said “Pink Fest is thrilled to partner with Xpointo for Inclusive Careers Fair for the third consecutive year. Now more than ever, it is important for employers to demonstrate their commitment to building inclusive workplaces. Pink Fest’s theme this year, The Power of Together, reminds us that meaningful progress happens when businesses, community organisations and individuals come together to foster belonging where everyone can be their authentic selves and thrive.”

Kathy Teo, CEO of Xpointo Media, the organiser of Inclusive Careers Fair 2026 added, “The most successful companies in the world recognise there is a business and economic imperative to inclusion. This year’s cohort of participating companies are from diverse industries like advertising, banking, finance, food & beverage, hospitality, insurance, professional services, technology and travel. In a climate of economic uncertainty, it is particularly encouraging that companies participating in Inclusive Careers Fair 2026 are recruiting for over 1,000 Singapore-based job roles. Inclusive companies offer hope, opportunity and belonging to all talent.”

Inclusive Careers Fair 2026 will also see the participation of non-profit organisations and community groups working on initiatives promoting inclusion in Singapore. Some of the groups supporting the event are Access Singapore, AWARE, Bridge the Digital Divide, Daughters of Tomorrow, Disabled People’s Association, Oogachaga, Proud Spaces, Q Chamber, United Women Singapore, We Are Hear and WorkWell Leaders, among others. Together, they reflect the fair’s broader vision of recognizing that everyone matters and should have the opportunity to succeed.

Anthea Ong, Former Nominated Member of Parliament; Founder of Hush TeaBar and WorkWell Leaders said, “Inclusive Careers Fair is a call to employers to look beyond hiring and focus on the conditions that enable people to thrive and perform. The evidence is increasingly clear: wellbeing, belonging and performance are not competing priorities. Organisations that draw on talent from different backgrounds and experiences are often better positioned to build engaged teams, stronger cultures of trust and more sustainable outcomes.”

Anchoring this year’s Inclusive Careers Fair is a programming lineup designed to support attendees at various stages of their career journey. The programme features three panel discussions led by industry leaders, inclusion advocates and workplace experts, exploring themes on inclusion, being a catalyst for change and allyship.

Attendees can choose to attend any of the seven workshops covering practical skills for jobseekers and professionals including owning your authentic identity, LinkedIn personal branding, workplace fashion styling, cybersafety awareness, empathetic listening, and building a side hustle.

Returning this year is the fair’s Inclusive Mentoring Circle, which provides participants with the opportunity to engage in meaningful one-to-one conversations with volunteer mentors offering insights and feedback on career development, overcoming challenges and workplace culture from their own career journeys.

Complementing the learning experiences is a professional photography studio for attendees to update their corporate headshots. Stylists and workwear from Singapore Fashion Council will be on site to ensure everybody looks their best. For a more relaxed way to connect, the fair also features a new community and culture-focused lounge on Level 18, where guests can enjoy a curated live music showcase alongside the booths and workshops.

Interested attendees are invited to sign up for the career fair, panels, workshops and Inclusive Mentoring Circle in advance at inclusivecareersfair.peatix.com/. Drop-ins are welcome but subject to event capacity.
