American rock band Evanescence will perform in Malaysia for a special one-night concert after 14 years. The band is known for its mix of nu-metal and gothic rock music. This upcoming show has quickly gained attention among fans in the region.

The concert will take place on November 28 at the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit Jalil. It will be the band’s only stop in Southeast Asia for this tour. Their last performance in Kuala Lumpur was in 2012, where more than 3,000 fans attended the event.
Return After Fourteen Years
The announcement was made by organizer Hello Universe. The same company is also behind the upcoming concert by My Chemical Romance. Before the official news, a teaser campaign created excitement among fans.
A mysterious billboard appeared in Bukit Bintang last week. It showed Evanescence’s well-known “E” symbol without any clear message. This simple teaser led many fans to guess that the band might be returning to Malaysia.
Official Announcement and Details
The band later confirmed the news through a video message shared online. Lead singer Amy Lee said the group was excited to return to Kuala Lumpur after many years. She described the concert as a special one-night event.

Amy Lee also shared that tickets will be available from May 8 at 10am. The band is expected to perform popular songs such as “Bring Me To Life” and “My Immortal.” Fans may also hear new music from their upcoming album, which is planned for release in June.
Only Stop In Southeast Asia
This concert is part of a limited schedule, making it an important event for fans in the region. The band has also announced that a special guest will join the show, although details have not been revealed yet.

Evanescence first gained global success in 2003 with their album Fallen. In 2004 they scooped up two Grammys, among them Best New Artist. They have, over the years, released new music and toured the world, developing a big fan base in various countries.
