It is official! Adria Arjona will be joining David Corenswet and the rest of the cast in the upcoming Superman sequel, “Man of Tomorrow”.

The actress, who was among four who have undergone the final screen tests, will now be playing a mystery role in the upcoming movie, which was previously rumoured to be the female antihero, Maxima.
Arjona bested Eva De Dominici, Sydney Chandler and Grace Van Patten for the role.

DC Studios has not released any statement regarding the casting.
James Gunn, who helmed the first DC Studios “Superman” film revealed late last year that the upcoming film will have the superhero working together with his nemesis Lex Luthor to overcome a bigger threat, Brainiac (Lars Eidinger). It is noted that Nicholas Hoult plays Luthor in the 2025 film.
The upcoming film will be released in July 2027.
