Recent industry reports hinting at a possible return before October have brought attention to the K-pop group NewJeans, as well as hopes of a world tour in the long term.

According to a report by Hana Securities, NewJeans might reunite as a four-person unit by October.
The timing is subject to HYBE’s overall business outlook, but the company has yet to officially confirm.
Work happening behind the scenes
Reports also mention members participating in pre-production activities abroad such as recording in Copenhagen.
This does mean that some work is still being done; however, the exact release and lineup remain unclear.
Long-term tour expectations
The same projections also feature a potential global world tour for HYBE artists, such as NewJeans, around 2028.
This is a longer-term prediction and not an official timetable.
