The video was presumably taken while the uploader was waiting at a red light.
In the video, the man, who was still wearing his helmet, stepped forward without hesitation to assist the elderly woman cross the road.
He gently held her hand and carefully matched her pace, making sure she didn’t feel rushed. In his other hand, he carried her small wheeled trolley, handling it with the same level of care.

As they crossed the road together, the two were seen exchanging a few words, a heartwarming interaction. The TikTok video shared online touched many hearts as viewers saw the young man’s kind gesture.
