Singer-songwriter Laufey recently wrapped up her A Matter of Time Tour stop in Singapore at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, where a now-viral fan interaction has been circulating online.
During the concert, Laufey paused mid-performance to interact with a fan near the stage, crouching down to hold her hand and complimenting her puff-sleeve outfit before asking if she was enjoying the show.
When the fan said she loved her music, Laufey warmly responded, calling her “so sweet” before suddenly getting distracted by her shoes.
“I want to steal them,” she joked, before quickly adding, “I’m not actually gonna steal them.”
She also complimented the fan’s hands and thanked her for coming, telling her she looked beautiful.
Fans react to the wholesome interaction online
Online, fans have since shared clips and reactions, calling the interaction wholesome and characteristically soft, matching Laufey’s gentle stage presence.
Many also joked that the fan unintentionally became the “main character” of the night.
