Top-notch Service at a Haidilai Singapore
Getting caught in a sudden downpour can ruin anyone’s day, unless you happen to walk into Haidilao Singapore.
In a 10-second TikTok video posted by user @/keishaisquiche, she shared her surprise at the chain’s exceptional service after arriving at one of their outlets while drenched from the rain.
The clip, captioned “got caught in the rain. Watch and see why Haidilao is so goated,” shows the poster soaking wet from the rain, hair and all.
Fortunately, the next few seconds of the clip show her drying her hair with a hairdryer that the Haidilao staff brought out almost immediately for her to use. But that wasn’t all.
Free Clothes and Thoughtful Extras
In the next few seconds of the video, she held up a brand-new black UNIQLO t-shirt, seemingly offered by the staff for her to change into.
“A WHOLE ASS UNIQLO TEE,” she captioned, clearly shocked by the gesture.
In the comments, a viewer asked where the shirt even came from.
The poster responded just as shocked as the staff gave her two shirts and even apologised for not having shorts.
She also shared that since her heels were wet, the staff offered her flip-flops too.
Others Share Their Heartwarming Experiences
The video prompted others to share their own stories of Haidilao’s well-known customer care.
One commenter shared how, after getting caught in the rain, the staff offered them towels and warm ginger coke to help them dry off and warm up.
Another wrote a more emotional moment when she was out with her mum, visibly upset after a breakup, and the staff mistook her sniffles for a cold. They brought over a hot cup of lemon ginger coke, on the house, just in case she wasn’t feeling well.
Others chimed in simply praising the brand’s service, with one comment reading, “Nobody can top HDL when it comes to service; they pay attention to every single detail.”
Not Just Hotpot, But Heart
The video wrapped with the poster happily enjoying her meal, while expressing her love for Haidilao.
While the brand is celebrated for its food, but it’s moments like these that really show how their next-level service keeps people coming back for more.
