Emirati Floating Hospital Receives New Patients
The Emirati Floating Hospital in the Egyptian port city of El-Arish received five new patients from the Gaza Strip via the Rafah crossing, as part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts under Operation ‘Chivalrous Knight 3’.

Footage filmed on Tuesday shows ambulances arriving at the floating hospital and medical teams transporting patients on stretchers to be treated at the facility.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the arrival of the five patients brings the total number of patients received by the Emirati Floating Hospital to 90 since the Rafah crossing reopened in February.
Comprehensive Medical Care for Gaza Patients
The hospital continues to provide comprehensive medical and healthcare services to Palestinians arriving from Gaza through an integrated medical system that includes examinations, diagnosis, treatment, surgeries, physical therapy, and dialysis services.

The UAE launched Operation ‘Chivalrous Knight 3’ on November 5, 2023, under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to provide humanitarian relief to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip following the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on October 7, 2023.
