After their routine during an after-school pick-up, a video of a father and daughter dancing in perfect harmony went viral. Their fun and heartwarming performance has struck a chord with viewers, with the video now reaching millions of people worldwide.
The young girl and her father immediately begin dancing in unison when they see one another, rather than giving the usual wave. While they spend the day playing, they approach in unison, step and gesture, and are seated, standing, right by their parked car.
A unique after-school reunion.
The young student is seen walking towards the parking lot while carrying a backpack at the start of the video. When her dad gets out of the car, both immediately say their customary greeting. They appear to have a routine and coordinate well together, suggesting they have rehearsed with each other.
They complete their mini-dance ‘code’, laugh briefly, then get into their car and set off for home. The synchronised harmony and good timing between father and daughter that followed in a few subsequent seconds quickly attracted attention when it was shared on the internet.
