Taipei Taxi Driver Reports Sexual Offer From Female Passenger

A taxi driver in Taipei has reported an uncomfortable ride after a female passenger made repeated sexual remarks and attempted to pay the fare with sexual services, according to local media ETtoday and footage shared online. The incident, which has since been removed from social platforms, has drawn attention for the driver’s response during the journey.

The driver said the passenger began making explicit comments shortly after entering the taxi. She reportedly offered to pay for the journey in the form of sexual favours, and continued to act in a sexually inappropriate way throughout the journey. According to his account, the woman also made direct advances and asked him to engage in physical contact. The driver said he refused each time and continued driving while attempting to maintain control of the situation.

Incident Inside Taxi

Inside the taxi, the passenger allegedly continued her behavior despite the driver’s refusal. She leaned forward during the ride and made further inappropriate requests. Reports said she also removed an item of clothing and repeatedly asked the driver to touch her. The driver kept his attention on the road and tried to avoid engaging in the conversation, focusing on completing the trip safely while the situation unfolded in the vehicle.

Driver Refuses Advances

The driver stated that he clearly told the passenger he had a girlfriend and did not want any involvement. He also tried to divert the conversation and recommended finding a different driver.

She said he told her he’d stop the car if she needed him to stop. But the woman continued to make sexual advances and repeat her previous claims while on board.
