Rotorua, situated in a North Island, New Zealand, has some breathtaking activities and rides for the tourists. The city is renowned for its rich culture and geothermal pools. If someone is planning to visit New Zealand, these ten must-have activities are for them.
1. River Sledging:
It is also known as riverboarding. It is a boardsport in which participants lie on their boards and have fins on their feet for propulsion and steering.
The sport is also known as hydrospeed in Europe and riverboarding or white-water sledding in New Zealand, depending on the type of board used.

2. Zorb:
Zorb is mainly a bubble ball where the rider can have fun activities. It is a large inflammable ball with some small balls inside, and the rider can push it down with water or even soap. It is one of New Zealand’s unique fun activities.

3. Ludge:
The luge is usually a bit like a go-kart or a bit like a toboggan. It gives riders full control. Powered by gravity, its unique braking and steering system allows riders to steer it. Pull the handlebars back to slow down or stop, increase speed, and enjoy. The Rotorua Skyline Luge is great for any age. Kids over 85 cm tall and 2 years old can ride the bike with an adult.

4. Swoop:
This is an extreme giant swing located in Rotorua. Here the riders can allow themselves to free fall with the speed of over 130km/hr. It works like a pendulum swing motion. The participants can ride solo or in a group in this ride.

5. 4×4 Monster Truck:
4 passengers can ride at a time, and that is why it is called ‘Monster Truck.’ It is another thrilling activity for the tourists. They can ride to the forests by this truck. No roofs, no doors in this truck. This is the specialty of this ride.

6. Agrojet:
This Agrojet at Velocity Valley is a jet sprint in Rotorua. It offers extreme speed with the jet boating experience. It can even provide 360-degree spins and can reach 100 km/h speed in only 4.5 seconds.

7. Freefall Extreme:
Freefall Extreme is another exciting thing to enjoy. Without warning, the ride is released, and riders are sent skydiving 12,000 feet in a short period of time. However, it can speed up to 220 kmph without a parachute or jumping. You can feel that your body is flying in the air.

8. The Squeeze:
It is a naturally heated waterfall in New Zealand. It allows visitors to paddle through the Waikato River which has a narrow rock, and visitors can access it.

9. Zipline:
Ziplining is available in almost every country, but ziplining in New Zealand is something different. Because visitors can explore the whole Rotorua forest by ziplining, and that’s why it is unique for the Rotorua ride.

10. Shweeb Racer:
It is a human-powered monorail in New Zealand. The rider can have 3 laps around 200 m. It is environmentally friendly because it is not battery powered.
