7 cities in Thailand stand out as the best for digital nomads. Thailand is in the first position among them. Digital nomads suit those who enjoy traveling but need the flexibility to work remotely from any location.
And since Thailand is a tourist spot, numerous tourists visit there every year. So it seems that it becomes necessary for many to work remotely even when they go for a tour in Thailand.

Which cities are included?
Recently, according to research and findings of Hotelwithhub, out of 1300 cities, 7 cities in Thailand are on their list. Out of these, 7 cities have made it to the top 100.

The cities are Bangkok (1), Nakhon Ratchasima (5), Koh Phangan (13), Chiang Mai (26) Koh Lanta (45), Phuket (59) and Krabi (93). This ranking has been characterized based on various things such as affordability, safety, infrastructure, connectivity, and quality of life.

Bangkok scored 91 out of 100 and was described as a combination of affordability—about 50,000 baht (about $1,985) per person per month—and strong infrastructure.
What does a digital nomad do?
Now let’s talk about what a digital nomad is. As in this digital era, many people work remotely. They do not have a fixed office or location restrictions. So they can complete their work sitting anywhere in the world. Freelancing, working from home, and working with international companies are some different examples.

So for those who travel frequently, travel and tours should not become the obstacle for them. From this concept comes the digital nomad, and it enables people to do hassle-free work even if they are traveling.
Since they get flexibility in time or location, digital nomads aim to access essential tools like WiFi, co-working spaces, and office setups easily, safely, and affordably.

What are the travelers saying?
Though in social media people criticized this declaration. People were saying that this list isn’t correct.

Besides, many others were mentioning other cons such as a bank account and getting a visa for Thailand.

Despite all the criticism, Thailand can be one of the top travel destinations for remote workers or freelancers.
