With over 3,000 certified yoga instructors and 500 yogi health therapists, the institute is a trusted name in promoting physical and mental well-being. Committed to spreading the benefits of yoga, it has also built a strong network of practitioners and students.

Vyasa Yoga SG’s affiliation with the globally recognized Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) further strengthens its credibility as a leader in holistic health practices.

Founder Manoj Thakur expressed his excitement about the milestone:

“What started as a small initiative to promote yoga and health has now blossomed into a movement that continues to inspire so many in Singapore and beyond.”

He emphasized that the celebration is not only a reflection of their achievements but also of the collective spirit of wellness they have fostered over the years.

Giving Back to the Community

Leading up to the Silver Jubilee, Vyasa Yoga SG has taken several initiatives to engage with the wider community. Over the years, Vyasa Yoga SG has built strong ties with various community initiatives, including SG (Passion Made Possible), ActiveSG, and SG Clean, fostering well-being and unity across Singapore.

Vyasa Yoga SG has conducted free yoga camps at T3 airport for a whole month, free community yoga classes at various Community clubs, and introduced beach yoga in SG.

These efforts are part of Vyasa’s mission to spread the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible.

What to Expect?

The celebration on 18th October will kick off with a free yoga class for attendees, followed by live yoga demonstrations led by experienced instructors. These sessions aim to showcase the positive impact of yoga on health.

After the demonstrations, there will be a special recognition ceremony honoring Vyasa Yoga SG’s contributions to promoting health and wellness in Singapore.

The event will attract yoga enthusiasts, wellness supporters, and media representatives, making it a memorable evening for all involved.

Looking Forward

With 25 successful years behind them, Vyasa Yoga SG is excited about the future. Thakur shared his optimism for the years ahead, saying:

“We look forward to another 25 years of guiding people towards a healthier, happier life.”

This commitment to spreading the benefits of yoga and holistic health remains the institute’s core focus as they continue their journey.

Join Vyasa Yoga Singapore on 18th October 2024 to celebrate this milestone and experience the power of yoga and wellness in the community.
