Altercation Over Blocked Condominium Entrance
A fight broke out in front of a condominium in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, around midnight on Sunday, March 16, 2025, when a Belgian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter clashed with four Indian men over a parking issue.

According to reports, 22-year-old Maxim Arbille and his Thai wife were returning home when they found a car blocking the entrance to their condominium.
Two Indian tourists were inside the vehicle, and when Arbille asked them to move, a verbal exchange quickly turned physical—unaware that he possessed martial arts skills.
More Men Arrive, But the MMA Fighter Fights Back
About five minutes into the fight, the two Indian men called for backup, bringing two more friends to the scene.
Additionally, The Thaiger reported that they attempted to use a wooden stick and rocks during the altercation.
However, Arbille, who has training in MMA and Muay Thai, managed to defend himself despite being outnumbered.
Security Guard Failed to Intervene, Police Called
A security guard at the condominium attempted to intervene but was unsuccessful in stopping the brawl. Meanwhile, Arbille’s wife contacted the police.

Police Intervene After 20 Minutes
The fight lasted approximately 20 minutes before police arrived to break it up. A rescue team was also dispatched to provide medical assistance.
No Charges Filed Following Police Mediation
After the incident, both parties were taken to the police station. Speaking to Channel 8 on March 19, 2025, it is reported that Arbille decided not to press charges, as the Indian men sustained more injuries than he did.

His wife explained that he frequently travels and did not want to deal with ongoing court proceedings, so he chose to settle the matter with an apology from the group.
The Indian men later apologized, and the case was closed without further legal action.
