Footage from a recent party in Chelyabinsk, a city in west Russia, has recently gone viral. The video features a young woman storming out of a smoky room into a room full of rowdy youths. She has a pot of boiling water in her hands, and she tosses the water all over a man standing in the middle of the crowd. She watches as he writhes around and the people around him scream for help.
According to Shot News Russia, the party up until that point had been a smashing success, with the guests having so much fun that the neighbours actually asked them to turn it down. When the party continued raging on, the police were eventually called. They fined the owner of the apartment, who was also the hostess of the party, the 21-year-old Vika.

Later in the night, Vika went to the kitchen to make something for her many guests. As she cooked, she started coughing and her vision started to blur. She realised that the kitchen was filling up with smoke!
Figuring that someone had thrown a smoke bomb at her, she rushed outside with the closest weapon she could find – a pot of boiling water – and threw it on whom she thought was the offender. In the video, we see the man fall to the ground and scream. Then, he scrambles to his feet and runs into the next room. The crowd starts to shout at her, while she stood nonchalantly with a drink in hand.
However, the man who is now suffering second degree burns from the attack claims he was not the one who threw the smoke bomb into the kitchen. His name is Danil, and he says it was his first time at any of Vika’s parties, and he had nothing against her.

Though police are looking into the situation, Danil says he does not feel the need to file a report. He believes God will punish Vika for what she did.
Vika has stated that she regrets acting as rashly as she did.
