The makers of “Mr X” recently announced that the new Arya movie will be released in April.

The news was shared by the actor himself via social media on 6 April, stating, “Really excited for this special Film from all of us. #MrX – The action begins on the big screens from APRIL 17, worldwide!”
Directed by Manu Anand, the film is revealed to be a spy thriller. However, no further information has been released regarding the plot of the movie.

Producer Lakshman Kumar had said, “Mr X is inspired by a number of true incidents. In fact, it has been inspired by five actual threats to the country that were thwarted by the intelligence agencies.”
It also co-stars Manju Warrier, R Sarathkumar, V Jayaprakash, Kaali Venkat and Raiza Wilson among others.
Arya was last seen playing the lead in Tamil movie “Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam,” a rural action drama written and directed by filmmaker M Muthaiah.
