A honey badger named Neo at Moscow Zoo has been filmed solving puzzles to reach his lunch.
Footage captured on Tuesday shows the animal extracting pieces of meat from a hanging ‘candy’ and a bag of hay.
The zoo said honey badgers are highly intelligent and require regular mental stimulation.
“Their brains require constant stimulation, so zookeepers regularly design new puzzles to enrich their environment,” the zoo wrote on its Telegram channel.
Neo was named for his fondness for honey. His tough skin and durable coat allow him to climb into beehives in search of food.
