 “Baththa” unveils first look |
13 Aug – Vijay Sethupathi has finally unveiled the first look of his new collaboration with director Balaji Tharaneetharan, which has now been titled “Baththa”.
On 12 August, the actor shared the poster, which has a retro look in terms of its colour grading and title font, and features his character with a lit cigarette in his mouth.
He captioned it, “If you watch K-Town History without skipping even a few pages… You know it’s going to be a banger when this combo reunites for the third time.”
“#Baththa will meet you on October 1st,” he added.
The movie marks the third collaboration between Vijay Sethupathi and Balaji Tharaneetharan, with the two previously working together on “Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom” and “Seethakaathi”. The film is presented by filmmaker Atlee, marking his own reunion with the actor.
Sethupathi previously played a supporting role in Atlee’s Hindi directorial effort, “Jawan,” starring Shah Rukh Khan.
