An online video of an elderly man having difficulty taking off a boot in a shop has gone viral. Reports suggest the accident happened in Malaysia when the man visited a shop and tried on a pair of gardening boots. But he subsequently discovered that he could not remove them easily.

The man in the video is bending forward with his daughter holding him at the back. A staff member then helped remove the boot from his foot, working closely to ease it off. It seems an uncomfortable situation that is being regulated, with those near him attempting to help.
Struggle Inside the Store
The old man was casually dressed during the incident. Once he had put on the boots, he appeared to be unable to take them off without assistance. The difficulty could have been caused by the tight fit, but this has not been confirmed.

The daughter behind him stood him up, and the staff member was trying to take off the boot. The atmosphere in the store is so serene, and other objects are positioned around the store.
Staff Step In to Help
One store worker pulled on the boot carefully while the man bent forward to avoid falling. The helper kept steady pressure to ensure the man stayed balanced throughout the process.

The video does not show any signs of harm, and the circumstances seem to be addressed in a safe manner. The collaboration between the staff and the daughter assists in coping with the situation without panicking.
A Common Situation with Tight Footwear
Such accidents may occur when shoes are so tight or hard to undo. Sometimes boots (particularly rubber or gardening shoes) may fit tightly around the foot, making them more difficult to remove than they would seem.
The video draws attention to a very simple yet peculiar situation in a shop when timely help was necessary. The incident may seem minor, but it shows how small situations often require help from others in social settings.
