They were waiting for a Yandex taxi at the time. Although the situation quickly became tense, some locals came forward to help and informed the police. The situation was later brought under control. Although the incident caused concern, the tourist said that he has not lost his love for Uzbek food and culture.

The incident took place outside a busy train station in Tashkent. Although the situation seemed normal at first, within a few moments, a man began behaving abnormally. He then walked towards the tourist and his mother and showed an aggressive posture.

Many later said that such behavior does not represent Uzbek society. Rather, they are always used to showing respect to guests. As a result, the quick help of the locals in this incident has been praised.

Mental State Question

After watching the video, many netizens think that the man was not in a normal state. Some think that he was addicted to drugs or mentally ill. Therefore, his behavior was out of control. On the other hand, many said that this is not the character of ordinary people in any country.

Rather, this is an isolated incident that can happen in any country. As a result, they urged not to judge the incident by the image of the entire country.

Netizens’ Reaction

After the incident, a wave of sympathy was seen on social media. Many Uzbek citizens expressed their regret and said that such an incident does not reflect the true hospitality of their country. They want to convey that most Uzbek people are hospitable and know how to show respect.
