The moment of a strike near Shajareh Tayyebeh girls’ elementary school in Minab, southern Iran was seen in bombshell footage on Monday.
Video shows the impact, with the missile identified as a ‘Tomahawk’ – the type used by the United States – and verified by a number of different media outlets. The school itself is already seen smouldering, suggesting a number of strikes.

Iranian media reported around 170 people including children killed in the strike on Saturday, February 28.
On Sunday, Donald Trump explicitly blamed Iran while his War Secretary Pete Hegseth suggested investigations were ongoing. Iran blamed the US and Israel; Israel claimed it was ‘not aware’ of operations in the area, and the US said it was looking into it – but denied targeting civilians. US media reports put the intended target as a nearby naval base.
