A Centre Of Miracles
At the Hoa Xuyen Chi Inclusive Education Development Support Centre in Bac Giang, autistic and intellectually disabled children practise skills that surprise many people. The quiet training room often turns into a small stage where balance, focus, and courage come together. Instead of ordinary exercises, the children train on small physiotherapy and medicine balls.

They move forward and backward while keeping their bodies steady. Some even throw and catch balls at the same time. According to sources, the boys practise for hours to improve control and confidence. Their hard work has now placed Vietnam on the global map for a special reason — Guinness World Records achievements.
Tran Xuan Sinh
One of the brightest young stars is nine-year-old Tran Xuan Sinh. He lives with attention deficit disorder and intellectual delay, and he once left primary school because of learning difficulties. However, teachers at the centre noticed something unusual about him — his strong sense of balance. On 05 October last year, Sinh walked backwards on a medicine ball for 150 metres without falling or touching the ground.

Later, he raised the challenge by juggling three tennis balls while blindfolded. According to a video, the performance required deep focus and weeks of practice. His determination shocked even experienced trainers.
Guinness World Record
The accomplishment of Sinh was officially recognized by Guinness World Records. He established the highest record of the longest distance covered when rolling backwards on a medicine ball with a record of 250.736 metres. The title quickly gained attention across Vietnam and international media. The centre has now earned three Guinness World Records over the past few years. These include the longest time balancing on a ball and record-breaking backward movements by both individuals and pairs. Each record reflects teamwork, patience, and daily discipline rather than simple talent.
Founder’s Strong Vision
Vu Chuc, the founder and manager of the centre is the central character in all success stories. He exercises with the children and shows them every movement and then requests them to attempt it. He realizes that the training process is not that simple even with healthy adults, hence he takes it step by step with each child.

He explains, eats, plays and discusses with them so as to generate trust. Vu Chuc is also aimed at leading his students to reach at least five additional record milestones in 2026. These Vietnamese children are amazing the world with their journey of Guinness World Records with constant practice and strong faith.
