Unexpected Viral Moment
On 8 February, thousands of fans were still discussing one of the surprising facts in the halftime performance. At the same time as most people paid attention to Bad Bunny, another element of the performance went viral. The show appeared to be on tall green grass on the field. Initially, the audience believed that it was a mere set piece. Later, they learned the truth.

Approximately 380 performers were in the field wearing full-body grass costumes. They proceeded to make cautious lines and forms to give them the appearance of a real field. According to sources, the grass could be spotted moving marginally as the singer was walking in it.
The Height Requirements: Explanation
Super Bowl LX: Before Super Bowl LX, TikTok and X were filled with screenshots of casting calls. Most fans were disoriented and even angry. The role of Field Cast demanded that the actors be 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-1. There were those who asked how height was so important.

The solution was evident in the show. The performers had to be of the same height as the producers did to ensure that the grass appeared natural and even. When it comes to the fact that one individual is far taller or shorter, the field effect would not be realistic in the camera. Physical fitness was also important in the job. The performers needed to master specific moves and adhere to strict times in rehearsals.
Heavy Costume Challenge
The grass dressing was not a simple one. The weight of costumes each of the performers had to wear reached 40 pounds. Another thing was that they were forced to stand and move over extended periods of time. During the game day, rehearsals took several days. This position had a salary of 18.70 an hour but did not provide a Super Bowl ticket.

One of the participants stated that he had flown in from Philadelphia to participate in the show. He even recounted that he used to wear the costume for five hours at a time. Sources indicate that entertainers were instructed not to move around much since there is no wind in Puerto Rico. The grass looked more real when motionless.
Creative Stadium Limits
The event was held in Levi’s Stadium, where there were stringent measures to safeguard the actual turf. Reporters say the stadium has restricted which carts can go on the field. Because of this rule, the production team had to come up with creative solutions. They did not take huge stage shows to the grass but rather created the scene with human actors.

The moving of Bad Bunny in the field was a strong visual impression caused by the living grass. The seemingly innocuous detail in the background became one of the most discussed during the whole halftime performance.
