Singapore means modernity, skyscrapers and a luxurious lifestyle. However, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, there are some historical and elite palaces, which are now coming into the spotlight. Although at first glance palaces featured in a viral video from 19 December seem to be two separate palaces standing side by side, upon closer inspection, they are actually connected.

Seeing this rare architecture, many are questioning how influential and wealthy its owner can be. Such palaces are now not only a symbol of luxury, but have also become the center of curiosity of the common people.

Royal Establishments in Tanglin

A video posted by @kaizerho on TikTok touches on such ‘palaces.’ A huge palace located in the Tanglin area has already become the top of the discussion. The wide driveway and aesthetic design make it stand out from other houses. Gradually, it has become a well-known landmark in the surrounding area.

Another palace of a similar design can be seen in the Bedok area, where the exquisite craftsmanship of the architecture attracts the attention of visitors. As a result, these palaces have become symbols of Singapore’s elite housing.

The Talked-about Arwaa Mansion

The most talked-about structure on this list is the Arwaa Mansion. According to the video on TikTok, it is spread over an area of about 110,000 square feet, this palace is one of the largest private properties in Singapore. In comparison, the average area of a three-room HDB flat is only 700 square feet.

The palace is owned by the prince of Brunei and its estimated value is more than 120 million Singapore dollars. For this reason, it is known as one of the most expensive houses in Singapore.

Hotspot for Wedding Photoshoots

Next to this huge palace, there is an open field, which is accessible to the general public. Over time, this place has become very popular with young couples. New couples can be seen here every day, especially for wedding photoshoots. The combination of traditional structures and green open fields brings a unique beauty to the pictures.

The City’s New Attraction

In a modern city like Singapore, such palaces and open spaces are adding a new dimension to the city’s beauty. They are not only a symbol of the rich, but also a kind of inspiration for the general people.

These places are now favorite photo spots for tourists and locals. In this way, Singapore’s elite housing is gradually becoming a part of the city’s culture.
