The Embassy of the Republic of Korea, together with the Singapore Film Society, is proud to present the Korean Film Festival (KFF) 2025, returning from 16 – 26 October with screenings at Golden Village Suntec City and *SCAPE.

This year’s festival holds special significance as it commemorates the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Singapore. Through cinema, KFF invites audiences to celebrate this milestone and explore the cultural richness, diversity, and creativity of Korean storytelling.

The festival’s key art, titled The Hold Between, reflects this spirit of anticipation and connection. Inspired by the fleeting moment when two hands reach toward one another, a luminous fragment of cinema is suspended between them — a symbol of collaboration and the endless possibilities of friendship.

Spanning a broad spectrum of genres and themes, this year’s edition is both an avenue for discovery and a celebration of storytelling in its diverse forms.

At its heart, the festival offers a platform for audiences in Singapore to experience the depth of Korean cinema — from critically acclaimed auteur works to high-energy crowd-pleasers, from emerging voices to beloved classics.
