Car Crashes Into a Parked Lorry in Johor, Passenger’s Head Decapitated

Car Crashes Into a Parked Lorry in Johor, Passenger’s Head Decapitated

A horrifying accident in Kulai, Johor, claimed the life of a man after the Honda City he was travelling in crashed into a lorry parked along Jalan Felda Taib Andak near Taman Permata on Saturday night, September 20.

According to Sinar Harian, the impact of the collision was so severe that the passenger seated in the front was found dead with his head decapitated from his body.

Emergency Call Received at 10:36 PM

Operations Commander Senior Fire Chief II (KUP) from the Kulai Fire and Rescue Station said his team received an emergency call at 10:36 PM.

Following the call, a Fire Rescue Tender (FRT) and an Emergency Medical Rescue Service (EMRS) unit with eight firefighters were dispatched to the location, which was about six kilometres away.

The team arrived at 10:43 PM and found the crash involved a Honda City and a five-ton lorry parked by the roadside.

Driver Injured, Passenger Killed Instantly

The car’s driver, an adult man, was injured but not trapped. 

He had already been pulled out of the vehicle by members of the public before firefighters reached the scene.

Unfortunately, the front-seat passenger did not survive. 

“The passenger in the front seat of the car was found dead, with his head severed from his body,” authorities said.

Body Handed Over to Authorities

The operation was brought under control by 11:10 PM and fully concluded at 11:20 PM

Firefighters used special equipment to remove the deceased passenger before handing the body over to the police and the Ministry of Health for further action, Harian Metro reported.
