However, the matter came to light after she was stopped during a routine operation. Initial investigations also revealed that she did not have a valid driving license. The incident has been widely discussed on social media since it came to light.

Operation and Seizure

JPJ Kuala Lumpur director Hamidi Adam said that the car was seized during a raid conducted in the Jalan Tun Razak area. When officers went to check the vehicle’s documents, they found discrepancies.

It was then confirmed that the road tax and insurance had not been renewed for a long time. The woman claimed that her family used to take care of these things. But recently, the matter had escaped her attention.

Driving Without a License

The investigation also revealed that the car was owned by the woman. However, she did not have a valid driving license. As a result, multiple allegations of violations came to light. The authorities concerned said that the matter is being processed as per the law. Strict vigilance will continue to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

Social Media Reaction

After the incident went viral, various reactions were seen on social media. Many felt that not renewing the road tax for eight years was a serious crime and should be severely punished. Some mocked it as the best excuse of the year and demanded that the name be included in the authorities’ special watch list.

Some comments indicated that the mentality of breaking the law and getting away with it is creating a worrying trend in society.
