A New Face Behind the Camera

A 20-year-old college student named Huang Li is suddenly becoming famous on Chinese livestream platforms. Known online as “Violent Zhouzhou,” she is not a dancer or singer. Instead, she holds a five-pound camera and moves it quickly through high-energy group dance livestreams. Many viewers say they watch the streams mainly because of her exciting camera movements.

In a behind-the-scenes video, the camera swings make the performances look more dramatic and fun.

Growing Popularity of Group Dance Streams

Group dance livestreams are becoming a major trend in China. These streams show groups of young people performing simple but energetic dances that look similar to TikTok-style moves.

Huang Li works behind the dancers, capturing every moment with fast and smooth shots. Viewers sometimes stay in the livestream longer just to see how she moves the camera from one dancer to another. This trend continues to grow across big platforms like Douyin.

Viewer Engagement and Donations

In these group livestreams, viewers can send donations to interact with the dancers. Some people donate to get a “thank you” message, while others request a short dance made just for them.

The video shows how the dancers respond instantly when a viewer sends a gift. Many fans say they feel like part of the group when they receive these interactions. The combination of lively music, bright lights, and camera angles makes the stream look like a small concert.

The Hidden Star of the Show

Even though he is not on stage, Huang Li has become the unexpected center of attention. Some viewers call her the “engine” of the livestream because her camera movements keep the energy high. When she swings the camera toward a dancer, the audience reacts with excitement.

People also enjoy seeing her appear briefly in the corner of the frame as she runs across the room. Her fast actions make the streams feel more real and spontaneous.

How Style and Visuals Boost the Trend

Group streamers wear stylish outfits and makeup to match the bright atmosphere of the videos. Many groups use colorful lights, mirrors, and decorated rooms to make the background look like a studio.

Combined with the dramatic camera shots, the group appears similar to an idol team on stage. Some viewers say the dancers look more impressive because of the camera work, not only because of the choreography. This style is one of the reasons the trend keeps spreading quickly among young audiences.

The Rising Demand for Skilled Camerawork

As more groups begin livestreaming, the need for talented cameramen is increasing. Many streamers now want someone like Huang Li, who can move with speed and confidence.

Her success shows that the person behind the camera can also become a star. Livestream groups are starting to train their own camera teams, hoping to create the same exciting feeling that attracts thousands of viewers each day.
