From Burger Business to Immigration Battle

Roland Beainy, the Lebanese-born co-founder of the Texas-based Trump Burger chain, now faces deportation after immigration authorities accused him of overstaying his visa and committing fraud. Beainy opened his first Trump Burger location in Bellville, Texas, in 2020, expanding to four outlets across the state, all decorated with memorabilia honoring former President Donald Trump.

Despite the chain’s patriotic branding and Trump-themed menu items like the signature “Trump Burger” and the double “Trump Tower,” Beainy’s immigration status has put his American dream at risk.

Visa Overstay and Fraud Allegations

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Beainy in May 2025 after confirming he had entered the U.S. in 2019 on a non-immigrant visa but failed to leave by February 2024, violating visa conditions. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) later revealed that Beainy applied for permanent residency through a woman he claimed to have married. However, investigators found no evidence the couple ever cohabited, leading USCIS to revoke the application. Further scrutiny uncovered admissions from the woman’s family indicating the marriage was fabricated to gain legal status.

DHS officials emphasize that Beainy holds no green card and has a record that includes prior questionable marriages and an assault charge. The department is actively pursuing all avenues to address the abuse of immigration laws, underscoring their commitment to cracking down on fraud regardless of an individual’s public profile or political affiliations.

Legal Proceedings and Business Challenges

Beainy was released on bond while awaiting an immigration hearing scheduled for November 18, 2025. If the court rules against him, deportation is likely. Meanwhile, his business ventures are also mired in legal disputes. Beainy has been involved in lawsuits with former business partners and landlords, including a recent suit accusing a landlord of attempting to take over one Trump Burger location, which was later renamed “MAGA Burger.”

Despite the mounting legal and immigration challenges, Beainy has dismissed much of the government’s allegations, claiming that the majority of the accusations are inaccurate. His legal team has declined to comment further due to ongoing proceedings.

Political Irony Amid Immigration Enforcement

Beainy’s case draws particular attention given the Trump administration’s intensified immigration enforcement policies. The irony is notable as Beainy’s business pays homage to the former president, who prioritized strict immigration controls during his tenure.

ICE has made it clear that enforcement actions apply equally, regardless of a person’s political views or business ventures, reaffirming that no one is exempt from immigration laws.

What Lies Ahead

The coming months will be critical for Beainy as he faces his immigration hearing and ongoing legal battles.

His case highlights the complex intersection between immigration policy and entrepreneurship in America, especially under an administration known for hardline stances on visa violations and immigration fraud.

Roland Beainy, a Lebanese immigrant behind the MAGA-branded burger empire, has been accused of immigration fraud and notified by federal officials that his green card is being revoked. He is under investigation over what has been described as a ‘sham marriage’ designed to exploit US immigration laws. Read the full story at Daily Mail. news ice trump immigration greencard texas
