A black luxury MPV sits parked on the side of a quiet road, its sliding door open to reveal a glimpse of high-end comfort. It is the kind of vehicle that suggests success, power, and perhaps a personal chauffeur.

However, the scene taking place next to it is far from professional. A man, dressed in a striped shirt and dark trousers, is hunched over on the asphalt. He is not fixing a tire; he is carefully balancing his expensive smartphone against a discarded red soda box.
This “DIY tripod” is positioned right in the middle of the road, aimed directly at the car. The man checks the angle one last time, hits the record button, and sprints back toward the vehicle.

He disappears inside for a brief second before making his grand “celebrity” entrance. As he steps out, he smoothly throws on a black blazer, fixes his sunglasses, and strikes a confident pose for the camera. For a moment, he looks like the star of a high-budget music video.
A split second of pure digital disaster
The cinematic dream ends abruptly with a sickening crunch. While the man is busy perfecting his “cool” walk, a silver sedan travels down the lane. The driver of the sedan, likely unaware of the makeshift film set on the ground, drives straight over the red box.

The smartphone, which was just moments ago capturing a high-definition ego trip, is flattened instantly under the weight of the moving tire.
The transformation in the man’s body language is immediate. The “cool” persona vanishes, replaced by a look of sheer horror. He lunges toward the road, picking up the mangled remains of his device.
He stands there, staring at the shattered screen with a face that looks ready to melt into tears. The luxury car stands silently behind him, a stark contrast to the broken piece of technology in his hand.
Was the viral fame worth the high cost?
Witnesses and viewers of the footage have been quick to point out the irony of the situation. It is a classic case of “big car, small budget.”

The mystery remains whether the man actually owns the expensive MPV or if he is simply a driver taking advantage of the owner’s absence to create some flashy content. Regardless of who owns the keys, the cost of this particular video shoot far exceeded the price of a standard tripod.

In the world of social media, everyone wants to look like they are living a life of luxury.
This man wanted to show the world his style and his ride, but instead, he ended up showing everyone a very expensive mistake. The road is now clear, but his social media dreams are currently on hold.
