A former member of the British royal family, now simply Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is at the center of controversy once again.
A new biography claims that the disgraced former prince invited 40 sex workers to a luxury hotel in just four days during a state-funded trip to Thailand in 2001, in his 41.

“Personal Pleasure on a State Visit”—Historian’s Explosive Claim
British royal historian Andrew Lownie has revealed this information in his book entitled “The Rise and Fall of the House of York.”
In the podcast “Deep Dive: The Fall of the House of York,” he said,
“In 2001, Andrew was 41 years old—suffering from a midlife crisis. He was serving as a trade envoy, and under that pretext, he would go on state-funded trips and pursue women.”

Lawnie said the trip to Thailand was to celebrate King Rama IX’s birthday. Instead of staying at the British embassy, Andrew stayed at a five-star hotel at taxpayers’ expense, not his own, and that’s where the infamous four-night spree took place.
The allegations were supported by several eyewitnesses—a senior Thai official, a Reuters correspondent, and a member of the Thai royal family.

‘Secret Documents’ and ‘Conspiracy of Silence’
Lownie also said that when Andrew was the British trade envoy from 2001 to 2011, all official files related to his travels are still ‘secret’ in the National Archives.
“These secret documents will prove how he traveled abroad for personal interests under the guise of official visits,” commented the historian.

He alleged that there was a ‘conspiracy of silence’ within the British royal family, which kept Andrew’s exploits hidden for years.
Shadow of Jeffrey Epstein Scandal
The scandal came to light at a time when Andrew was already publicly disgraced for his involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein sex crime ring. One of Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Giuffre, claimed that she was forced to have sex with Andrew as a teenager.
Although Andrew has always denied it, he was pushed out of the royal family under public pressure.

Loss of Royal Status and Exile
King Charles officially stripped Andrew of all his titles and royal status on 30 October, Thursday. He is no longer “Prince Andrew,” “Duke of York,” or “His Royal Highness.” He is now simply known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

His ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has also lost her title of and has been removed from the royal household. However, their two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, will retain their titles.

@thethaigerofficial Controversy has once again surrounded former royal envoy Prince Andrew, with new allegations claiming he arranged for 40 sex workers to visit his Bangkok hotel during an official trip. The alleged event reportedly took place during a taxpayer-funded stay in Thailand, raising questions about his conduct while representing the UK abroad. These claims follow years of scrutiny surrounding his behaviour and associations with disgraced figures. Buckingham Palace has already stripped him of official duties, though he continues to deny any wrongdoing. The latest allegations further tarnish his reputation and highlight concerns about accountability in royal and diplomatic circles.
