Seeking to serve high quality Korean barbecue cooked by five specialty woodfires (applewood, cherry, pecan, hickory and mesquite), OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ provides delicious cuts of meats that are cooked to perfection with a delicate flavour.
With a new addition to their menu, OMMA has included one of the world’s best lamb – Lumina Lamb where the meats are 100% natural and grass-fed on specially cultivated chicory herb pastures for a unique flavour.
From a balanced feed, ample space to graze and roam and a stress-free environment keep them happy and healthy for prime meat, Lumina lambs are also verified to be antibiotic free and all farms are GMO free and NZFAP certified.
A serving of Lumina lamb at OMMA costs $49 (180g) at their outlets. With over 60 ala carte options which you can add on when you visit, prices start from as low as $8.80 on the menu! Be spoilt for choice with a wide selection of items such as prawns and mussels to oysters. There is also plenty of prime cut meats and well-marinated meats in various portions to suit any tastebuds.
OMMA also has a choice of flavoured salts – OMMA Signature Smoke Sea Salt, Pepperberry Sea Salt, Wakame Seaweed Sea Salt and Himalayan Sea Salt Flakes that are each crafted to bring about a different dimension to the meat. The salts are available upon request so do remember to check in with their friendly staff for recommendations on which salts pair best with the prime cuts you have chosen.
OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ cooks up fiery feasts sure to light up the night and your appetite as Singapore’s first wood-fire KBBQ. Other signature meats we would recommend ordering when you visit is the Japanese A4 Ribeye ($81/180g) or the A4 Striploin ($76/180g), offered only by the best premium cut.
The Iberico Pork Jowl ($28/180g) will also satiate the appetites of even the most voracious lover of pork. For something unconventional, opt for the Beef Tongue ($39/180g), a cut more commonly found in Japanese yakiniku than Korean barbecue which flames up to crisp perfection with a juicy bite.
