Man Wreaks Havoc in Thailand Mall, Yells and Smashes Phone Over Forgotten Password

Man Loses Control at Phone Repair Store

On February 9, a man in Khon Kaen, Thailand, caused panic at a shopping mall after a phone repair store could not unlock his device due to a forgotten Apple ID password.

Security footage from the third floor of the mall shows the man, dressed in a blue shirt and gray shorts, at an iCare repair center for assistance.

When the female employee informed him that his phone could not be unlocked without the password and advised him to contact Apple Support, he became visibly agitated.

His younger brother later issued a public apology on social media to the store employees and shoppers affected by the incident.
