World-renowned YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed has once again become the talk of the international arena. As part of his Africa tour, he went to Egypt and achieved a feat that no one has done before. He made history by live streaming from inside the Great Pyramid of Giza.

The broadcast, which began on January 15, went viral on social media within minutes. During the live, he said that this was one of the greatest moments of his life. His initiative has tied ancient civilizations and the modern digital age together.

Speed ​​on the Streets of Cairo

Before going to the pyramids, IShowSpeed visited the historic Khan el-Khalili area of ​​Cairo. There, he talked to the locals and saw the ordinary life up close. He also got acquainted with the traditional Egyptian tanoura dance.

The moment of standing on the street and participating in the dance quickly went viral. Many viewers commented that such scenes have brought Cairo’s culture more alive. This way, his live stream is not only entertainment but also opens a window on culture.

History Inside the Pyramid

While entering the Giza pyramid, Galabia wore a traditional icebreaker. With the help of an experienced guide, he proceeded along the narrow path inside the pyramid. He expressed surprise at the ancient stone structure.

At one point, he made fun of the audience by picking up stones. Various historical information was presented during the live. This part created special interest among the audience.

More than 3.5 million people joined this historic live stream at once. At the beginning of the stream, drone footage showed the vastness of the pyramid. Then the number of viewers gradually increased. Many commented that this was history seen with their own eyes. 

This live created a new type of learning experience for young viewers. As a result, the popularity of Icebreaker increased another step.

Controversy over Security

However, some controversies also arose about this tour. Many people believe that the normal speed of the live stream is slightly reduced due to strict security measures. IShowSpeed himself said at one point that the whole experience felt a bit rushed.
