A five-room HDB flat in a residential area of Singapore is seen with exceptional design and a huge collection. Although it looks like an ordinary flat from the outside, once you enter it, it is like a private museum.

In a video posted on social media, the owner of the flat himself shows the story of his arranged collection and design. This flat highlights the new trend of young couples decorating their homes in modern Singapore.
Transformation of an Old Flat
The flat is an old five-room unit, which was purchased last year for about 690 thousand Singapore dollars. Being old, the entire house had to be rewired and pipelined. Although the renovation process was expensive, according to the owner, it is a necessary investment in the long term.

The old things were kept, and new woodwork was done around them to make them usable. This has controlled costs on the one hand, and on the other hand, maximum use of space has been made.
Importance of Storage
Storage was a big challenge, as the flat did not have a separate storeroom. Therefore, new carpentry was created around the old shoe cabinet at the entrance. A dry pantry has been added to the kitchen to store extra items.

The kitchen sink is flush-mounted, which is easy to clean and convenient to use. The owner says that this decision was made based on past experience.
World of Collections
The most interesting part of the flat is a room that has been completely converted into a museum. Huge statues of Harry Potter, Pinocchio, and Marvel and DC characters are arranged there. There are figures from Wolverine, Venom, and Spider-Man to Samurai Batman in various versions.

Lego minifigures are arranged in separate custom cases so that each can be viewed separately. He says that his internship experience in Shanghai is the main inspiration behind this collection.
Living and Entertainment
Instead of a traditional TV, this house has a projector that projects images onto the wall. Here, friends and guests can sit together and watch movies, play games or enjoy karaoke. The dining area also has a large collection, which gives the room another dimension. The house is both comfortable and a creative outlet. This flat is an example of how Singapore’s younger generation is now seeing home as a means of expressing their individuality.
