A Grab driver in Malaysia’s kind behavior instantly went viral on social media. CCTV footage from inside the car shows that a deaf passenger wants to pay the fare after reaching his destination, but the driver gently returns it.
He indicates through gestures that this journey is a ‘treat’ from his side – meaning that no money will be required.
This short scene has received a huge response from netizens since it was posted.
Silent Expression of Kindness
The footage shows that the passenger is trying to take money out of his bag when he reaches his destination. Then the passenger shows that he has less money.
But the driver raises his hand to signal that there is no need to take the fare. The deaf passenger also understands the matter and thanks him with a smile. Although the entire incident is silent, it exudes a strange warmth.
The driver could have taken the money if he wanted, but as the passenger was short of money, he refused to take the money as a polite gesture.

As soon as the video went viral, thousands of viewers started commenting. According to many, Malaysians are always compassionate towards each other and special treatment for special people is their identity.
Another commented that good people live inside everyone and wished good luck to him.
Many thanked the driver and wrote that such education begins with his family, which makes the entire society beautiful. Some said that seeing such behavior, it seems that the country is truly a family – full of love, tolerance and humanity.
