Judge Zulkifli Abdullah heard the case, where the three men — aged 65, 33, and 24 — faced separate charges.

All pleaded not guilty and requested to stand trial.

The alleged acts took place in the living room of their family home in Pasir Puteh between 2pm and 3pm in July this year.

Sons Accused in Separate Incidents

His two sons each face one charge of sexually assaulting their 16-year-old sister.

One incident allegedly occurred in the middle of last year, while another reportedly took place on 19 September 2025, between 12.15am and 12.30am, at the same house in Pasir Puteh.

Charged Under Sexual Offences Against Children Act

All three were charged under Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 (Act 792).

Section 14 of The Act

The section carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison and caning if convicted.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Siti Hajar Mazlan appeared for the prosecution. Nik Mohamad Naqib Mohamad Noor represented the accused.

No Bail Offered

The prosecution did not offer bail, as the case is non-bailable under Malaysian law.

The court has fixed 6 November 2025 for the next mention of the case.
