The traditional market culture has started to gather in Malaysia around the month of Ramadan. In the meantime, an exceptional Ramadan market is being organized in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang, Selangor, which is going to make history as the longest market in the country, measuring 1.4 kilometers in length.

According to the organizers, this market, known as ‘Bazaar Ramadan Casual BTP’, will have more than 500 stalls. As the evening falls, a colorful collection of various types of food and drinks is expected to be seen here.
The organizer is organizing this under the patronage of Big Food Festival Bank Islam and in collaboration with the Selayang Municipal Council. Those concerned say that it will not only be a place for shopping but also create a relaxing atmosphere to spend time with the family.
The Longest Market
The organizers claim that this is going to be the longest Ramadan market in the history of Malaysia. The market will be spread over a total of 1.4 kilometers, and more than 500 vendors will participate in it.

As a result, visitors will get numerous food options in one place. In addition, it is expected that the crowd will be spread out due to the large scale. The organizers hope that this will also have a positive impact on the local economy.
Different Concept
Organizer Muhammad Fayezi Abu Bakr said that a ‘healing’ or comfortable concept will be presented in this market. That is, visitors will not only be able to shop but also spend time comfortably.

Tables and chairs will be specially placed for iftar. This will provide an opportunity to sit together with family and friends and have iftar. According to the organizers, this concept will set the market apart from others.
Adequate Facilities
Separate rooms for prayers and adequate toilets will be provided in the market premises. Along with this, importance is also being given to safety and cleanliness. An open space has been designated nearby for parking. It has been reported that about 800 cars can be parked there at a time. As a result, it is expected that there will not be any major problems in the movement of visitors.
