A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a daring police chase and car accident at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Malaysia. The incident took place around 4:30 pm on 30 March, which later went viral on social media and caused panic among the public. Police said the suspect tried to flee in a red car and hit several cars on the way.

Police were finally able to arrest him. The incident spread panic among the general public, especially families and children, present at the airport area.
Chase and Panic
The incident began when a police patrol tried to stop the suspicious car. However, instead of stopping, the driver tried to flee at high speed. The police then started chasing him. During the chase, the car lost control and hit one car after another.

This panicked the people around, and many were forced to take shelter in safe places. Families with children in particular faced a terrible situation.
Hit by Car
The suspect hit at least five cars while fleeing. This damaged several vehicles and created extreme fear among the passengers. Although no major casualties were reported, the incident was very dangerous.

Eyewitnesses said that the situation went out of control for a few moments. As a result, the entire area became unstable.
Crime History
Initial police investigations revealed that the arrested person already had a record of 31 crimes. In addition, a drug-related case was also pending against him. After this information was released, concerns among the general public increased.

Because questions have been raised about how such a person was moving freely for so long. This issue has created new concerns about the law and order situation.
Legal Action
The police said that a case has been filed against the accused under multiple sections. These include charges of obstructing government work and damage to property. In addition, action is being taken against him under sections 186 and 427 of the Penal Code.
He will be produced before the Sepang Court, and a remand application will be filed. The investigation is ongoing, and more information is being collected.

Ravi said the 30-year-old suspect rammed several public vehicles in an attempt to escape while being pursued by a mobile patrol vehicle (MPV) in the incident at 4.30pm. He said MPV personnel conducting crime prevention patrols around the KLIA area attempted to stop a red Honda Civic, but the driver refused to pull over for inspection. “The driver attempted to flee towards the KLIA terminal at Level 3, ramming five public vehicles along the route before being successfully apprehended near the scene,” he said in a statement here today.
