A shocking gambling event in China has attracted the attention of people after a woman was found cheating in a casino with high-tech contact lenses. Initially, all appeared as usual on the gaming table. The woman was composed and was very sure of her playing. But other players gradually got suspicious as to her strange success in the card games.

The casino personnel were put on alert after other gamblers realized that the woman appeared to have information about the cards even before they were unveiled. She was virtually always right with her choices, and that caused concern. Due to it, casino officials halted the game and started to check the table and playing equipment more thoroughly.
Imperceptible Scribbles on Common Cards
In the process of inspection, employees made an unexpected discovery. The playing cards had special markings on the backs, which were not visible by naked eyes. These signs could not be seen in ordinary light and were totally plain to gamers and dealers.

The markings however, became clear when special optical tools were applied.
The finding outrageously surprised a lot of individuals in that casino. It was clear that the cards were pre-prepared. These secret marks were put strategically in such a manner that they could only be read by one whose technology was of the right kind to be in the game.
A Glass That Seemed to Be All Right
Additional research indicated the way in which the woman could perceive the hidden marks. She had a special contact lens which made her perfectly normal. Her eyes were not strange, and nobody thought of the lens. As a matter of fact, the lens was meant to read the marks that were not visible on the cards.

Through this lens, the woman was able to know what cards would be next and their value in the game. This helped her in a huge way and enabled her to make nearly perfect moves. The casino employees later affirmed that the lens colluded with the marked cards.
Police Invoked as Incident Goes Pandemic
Casino officials reported to the police after establishing the cheating process. The woman was detained to continue with the interrogation and the casino suspended all the games of cards. A video of the case was released later on the Internet and was popularized on Chinese social networks.

Sarcasm and unbelief were the responses of many online users. Others argued that mainland China is not legal in gambling and how the casino itself was in operation. To this, the story still went viral owing to the abnormal application of technology.
