Aussie-Malaysian Toddler Meets Durian—His Cutest Reaction Melts Hearts Online
Facebook

An Aussie-Malaysian child recently ate durian for the first time while traveling to Malaysia. And the reaction to that moment was captured on camera and has taken social media by storm. In the video, the Australian father is seen feeding the child durian with great interest.

The child was initially staring at the fruit with a stunned look. Then, after taking a bite, his facial expression became even more funny, which made netizens laugh.

The Child’s First Reaction

At first, the child was looking at the durian with a rather confused face. Then, when the father put a small piece in his mouth, he slowly started to taste it. Although there was a look of surprise in his eyes, he did not spit out the fruit.

Instead, he looked again, as if trying to understand what he was eating. Gradually, his expression changed to curiosity, which is clearly captured in the picture.

Family on a Tourist Trip

The family recently visited Malaysia. And it is suspected from the video that baby’s mom is Malaysian. They are enjoying the local food and culture here. The father is especially enthusiastic about introducing the child to new tastes. So durian was not left out. They captured the moments on camera for memories.

Netizen’s Reaction

The video quickly went viral after it was posted. Many people say that their own child’s first durian experience was similar. Some joked that even though they disliked it at first, later the children wanted durian every day.

Others shared their experiences and said that when children try new foods, it creates a positive habit.

However, many warned that feeding too much durian to children can cause digestive problems. Others expressed concern that durian can be “too hot” for children.

Although the video was very funny, many are still reminding children that their digestive systems are still tender. Therefore, it is advisable not to give too much durian or heavy fruits. Others say that the taste will make children want to return to Malaysia again and again in the future.
